Registration is now open. The conference will run over two and a half days, commencing in the late afternoon of Monday 12 September 2016 and concluding in the late afternoon of Wednesday 14 September. The conference fees are as follows:
- Standard rate: £190
- Concessionary rate: £125
Doctoral students who are not speaking at the conference (and others by invitation only) may register at the concessionary rate. The conference fee will be waived in respect of doctoral students whose abstracts are accepted. The early-bird rate will be available for a limited time only.
All rates include a welcome drinks reception and buffet supper on Monday 12 September, lunch on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 September, and refreshments during breaks between conference sessions. All registered participants will receive copies of the conference papers on a USB device.
Our online registration facility enables delegates to add accommodation to their conference packages. The following accommodation options are available:
- Clare College (Memorial Court) (Monday and Tuesday nights): £145.00
- Gonville and Caius College (Harvey Court) (Monday and Tuesday nights): £155.00
Delegates who book accommodation at Gonville and Caius College for the Monday and Tuesday nights may add extra accommodation at a rate of £65.00 per night for the Sunday and/or Wednesday nights. All accommodation is no more than a five-minute walk from the Law Faculty building. Breakfast is included.
The main conference dinner will be held in St John’s College on the evening of Tuesday 13 September. Delegates who wish to attend the conference dinner should indicate this (along with any dietary requirements) when booking. The price of the conference dinner, which includes a pre-dinner drinks reception, is £50.00.
Fees will be refunded to registered participants who cancel their place by 1 May 2016, subject to a £40 administration fee which will be deducted from the sum refunded. Refunds will not be provided in relation to bookings that are cancelled after 1 May 2016.
